Job Title	Bilingual Bridge SE (Vietnamese & Japanese) - Japan HQ -Vietnam Liaison
Job Responsibilities	To drive the expansion of "ROBO-HI," we are seeking a Bridge SE who will serve as the crucial link between our Tokyo headquarters and our Vietnam subsidiary, collaborating with the development team in Vietnam to lead projects. Understanding User Needs and Defining Requirements: Deeply understand user needs, define requirements, organize them as product UX, then provide implementation and testing instructions to the Vietnam development team, and manage progress. Customer and Partner Support: Respond to and address questions and consultations from customers and partner companies, either independently or in cooperation with the development team.
Recruitment Background	With the increasing adoption of robots, there's a growing demand for them to integrate with elevators, IoT devices, human activities, and business systems. Our proprietary cloud-based robot management platform, "ROBO-HI" (Robo-High), is a multi-robot OS that enables the safe and efficient operation of robots in various environments like buildings, hospitals, airports, and cities. To support the expanding implementation of ROBO-HI, we're currently looking for a Bridge Engineer to collaborate with our development team in Vietnam and drive development efforts.

Work Location	Head Office (Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
Working Hours	9:00～18:00 *We utilize a staggered work hour system (you can adjust your 8-hour workday, with arrival times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and departure times between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM)
Holidays	Two full days off per week, over 120 annual holidays including New Year's, 10 days of paid annual leave in the first year, and special leave (for congratulations/condolences), etc.
Salary	Determined based on experience and abilities, in accordance with company regulations

Application Requirements	We welcome applicants who possess experience in any of the following, and who can serve as a bridge between our Tokyo headquarters and the Vietnam subsidiary. Business-level proficiency in both Vietnamese and Japanese , combined with prior experience as a Bridge Engineer. Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, combined with prior experience as a Bridge Engineer. In addition to the above, experience in any of the following areas is also welcome: Product Marketing or Product Manager experience Technical Marketing or Technical Product Manager experience Project lead experience Software QA (Quality Assurance) experience Robot or IoT device development experience UX Engineer experience
